爱好者可试试这个方法: ●找个安静通风良好的地方, ●把灯关掉, ●点上一支香,眼睛一直盯着这支香, ●每天观一支香。 过了一段时期,杂念自然就会减少很多。当散乱的心很冷静而专注的时候,方向就会明确。 不管你采用某种方式,它只是一种方法,一种手段,它的目的是为了达到一心不乱。 你一心不乱,就可修行训练你的正能量 。 Enthusiasts can try this method: ● Find a quiet & well-ventilated place, ● Turn off the lights, if any ● Light up a joss-stick, and focus on it, ● Train on one stick every day. After a period of time, distraction will naturally decrease a lot. When the disturbed mind is calm and focused, the direction will be clear. No matter which way you use it, it is just a method or a means. Its purpose is to achieve a peaceful and clear mind. A mind free from worries, negative emotions, and other distractions. It is a time to rest our mind, and raise our self-awareness. It is not a waste of precious time. Rather, it is cultivation in progress. |

对于初学者和没有足够训练的爱好者,最好在有师父或教练陪伴的情况下打坐。 ●別急,因为不同的学者会经历不同的变化 , ●在没有适当监督的情况下,不要急于深入的打坐, ●别随意或者在陌生的地方打坐,因为邪魔会随着机会造成伤害, ●请勿在没有足够的培训和指导的情况下尝试不同的风格和技术。 Beginners and those less experienced in meditation should meditate in the presence of a master or trainer. ●Do not rush as different bodies experience differently and at different pace, ●Do not be anxious to go deeper into meditation without proper supervision, ●Do not meditate in unfamiliar places or indiscriminately as evil or negative vibes might cause harm over time, and ●Do not experiment with different styles and techniques without adequate training and guidance. |
